Scholarship Awards Criteria:
General:
♦ Four (4) scholarships will be awarded in the amount of $1000 each. The scholarship will be paid in two (2) installments of $500 each pending receipt from the recipient of proof that he is registered at his university/college.
♦ Awardees must be a male graduating high school senior that resides in and graduated from a school in the 5 Boroughs of New York City and Long Island.
♦ Since scholarships are to be awarded by, June 15, 2008 it is critical that applications and other materials, including the two (2) letters of recommendation and copies of transcripts/report cards, be submitted in a complete and timely manner by June 2, 2008 to the following person:

Awards:
The four scholarships are as follows:
♦ THE DONELL EDGERTON SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded to an individual for the highest scholastic achievement;
♦ THE WILLIAM CHISHOLM SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded for high scholastic achievement and community service;
♦ THE DONALD FIELDS SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded for best all around achievement in the areas of community service, leadership skills and other activities;
♦ THE CLIFTON GROSS SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded for high achievement and the highest SAT scores.
ONLY ONE SCHOLARSHIP WILL BE AWARDED TO AN INDIVIDUAL.
